Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your Turno Fácil account, you can request it by emailing our support team. We process each request within the timeframes established by applicable regulations.
What data is deleted?
When you delete your account, your personal data, booking history, user preferences, and any other information associated with your account will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
What data do we keep?
Certain information may be retained due to legal or contractual obligations, such as financial transaction records, billing data, or information required to comply with applicable regulations. This data is kept only for the period required by law.
Processing time
We process deletion requests within 30 business days following identity verification. We will notify you by email once the process is complete.
